Registration Process

GUIDELINES TO SELECT THE REGISTRATION FEE

  1. If you are Virtual Presenters you should register as a delegate/student.
  2. If you are a listener you should register as an attendee.
  3. Please go through the following table before you register. We have structured a comprehensive price table for providing you with the best returns from the conference.
  4. Virtual presentations for participant’s convenience. There are two types of virtual presentations available.

Virtual Presenters :-

IF YOU ARE PRESENTING MORE THAN ONE PAPER

  1. The Author can present only three papers in maximum.
  2. If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference you have to pay the full amount separately.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS OF KB 2024

Conference Proceeding is an option available for you to publish your full paper present in the conference. “Full papers submitted for the Conference Proceedings of the 2nd National Conference on “Academic Aspects of Art” will undergo a double-blind reviewing process. Selected papers will be electronically published in open access format with the ISBN in the proceedings, accompanied by a DOI number (DOI prefix: 10.17501).

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. This work is presented at the National Conference on “Academic Aspects of Art
  2. The authors are requested to carefully read ‘Guidelines and Policies‘ prior to making the submissions.
  3. Ensure that the work has not been published before and not under consideration for publication with other journals or proceedings
  4. The submission file is in Microsoft Word or document file format
  5. Manuscripts must be in English/Hindi/Marathi
  6. Show informed consent and provide assurances that participants’ rights are protected
  7. All co-authors meet criteria for authorship and appropriate acknowledgments have been made in the manuscript
  8. Be alert to bias and follow the guidelines for accurate and complete reporting of research

Author Guidelines

Thank you for choosing The Conference Proceedings of Kala Bharati to submit your paper. These instructions will ensure we have everything required so your paper can move through peer review, production and publication smoothly. 

The submissions are accepted only from the participants of the the National Conference on “Academic Aspects of Art

Complete guidelines for preparing and submitting your manuscript to this conference proceedings are provided below.

1. Preparing Your Paper

Structure

Your paper should be compiled in the following order:

  1. Title page (with Name, Email id, contact, designation)
  2. Abstract (minimum 150 and unstructured abstract of 500 words) with Keywords (3 to 5 keywords)
  3. Introduction
  4. Materials and Methods
  5. Results
  6. Discussion
  7. Acknowledgments
  8. Declaration
  9. Conflict of interest statement
  10. References
  11. Appendices (as appropriate)

Tables and figures can be included within the text according to the requirement (Tables and figures should have captions).

Author Details

To ensure the integrity of the blind peer-review for submission to this journal, all indications of the author’s identify must be removed from the document.  (Manuscripts that are accepted for publication will need each author’s full name and affiliation; if available, please include social media handles such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn).

One author will need to be identified as the corresponding author, with their email address. Authors’ affiliations are the affiliations where the research was conducted. If any of the named co-authors moves affiliation during the peer-review process, the new affiliation can be given as a footnote. Please note that no changes to affiliation can be made after your paper is accepted.

Word Limits

The target length for an article is 1500–2,000 words (excluding figures, tables and references). Articles should not exceed 6,500 words including abstract, endnotes, tables, figures, figure captions or legends, references, acknowledgments and appendices.

Formatting and Templates

  1. Papers may be submitted in Word format. 
  2. For English language (Arial font) and Hindi/Marathi (Mangal/Unicode font)
  3. Font size: Title font size 16, Subtitle font size 14, Content font size 12,
  4. Spacing: 1.5

References

Please use the APA Referencing Style when preparing your paper. 

2. Submission Process

Steps for Submission:

  1. Click on “https://kalabharati.in/
  2. Follow the steps that appear in the window and complete your submission

Step 1 – Start

Check the check-list after making sure the manuscript complies with the list. Tick other compulsory items in the check list and save and continue.

Step 2 – Upload your submission

Select article type and upload your manuscript. Manuscript must be in MS Word format. No other formats are accepted.

Complete step two and click save and continue.

Step 3 – Enter Metadata

Meta data entered should be accurate. Title, Abstract, List of contributors, Keywords and References (Reference list) are musts.

If any of the named co-authors moves affiliation during the peer-review process, the new affiliation can be given as a footnote. Please note that no changes to affiliation can be made after your paper is accepted.

Save changes and press save and continue.

Step 4 – Confirmation

Click “Finish submission” to complete the submission 

3. Reviewing & Publication Process

1. After a successful submission, the manuscript will be subjected to double-blind peer-review process.

2. Upon the completion of reviewing process, the review reports are sent to the authors to make respective revisions.

3. The revised manuscripts are screened by the editor and the decision authority to “Accept” or “Reject” of a manuscript will be taken by the editor. If a manuscript is “Accepted”, the manuscript is processed for publication. If a manuscript is rejected, the authors are informed of the decision and no further processing is done on the manuscript. 4. Accepted manuscript will be published after receiving the camera-ready version of the manuscript along with author confirmation through the signed Author Declaration Form.

4. Author Declaration Form

Manuscripts are accepted for publication subject to the understanding that the Conference Proceedings has the right of first publication. Authors may be asked to make a statement of novelty regarding their submission, contribution of authors and other published work.

It is mandatory to sign and send the Author Declaration Form prior to the publication.

5. Copyright Notice

The Conference Proceedings of the National Conference on “Academic Aspects of Art” is entirely Open Access, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this Proceedings journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

6. Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this proceeding site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this proceeding and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
